1. Purchases:
Courses on OpenVault are available for purchase individually or as part of bundled options. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices for courses and bundles are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders placed before the modification date.2. Right of Withdrawal:
Withdrawal requests may be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase through the withdrawal function available on the Website. The withdrawal button is located on the Account page and is accessible to logged-in users. The withdrawal form itself is available only during the applicable 14-day withdrawal period. Upon submission of the withdrawal form, confirmation that the request has been submitted will be provided. Each request will be reviewed and processed in accordance with these Terms, the applicable Refund Policy, and any applicable legal requirements. Submission of a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval. Where a withdrawal request is approved, any applicable refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise required by law.3. Refunds:
In addition to any withdrawal rights that may apply, refunds for courses and bundles are available within 90 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:- No more than 50% of the lessons included in the purchased course(s) or bundle have been accessed.
- A written refund request is submitted to [email protected], clearly stating your full name, purchase details, and the reason for the refund request.

MEMBERSHIP
OpenVault offers access to its educational content on a tiered Membership basis («Membership»). You may receive access to each level by purchasing a package. Each package affords you access to the relevant courses as defined in the Packages list.
Access Period. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Package description, each Membership grants the customer access to the learning materials for 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase (the “Access Period”). After the Access Period expires, access to the learning materials may be suspended unless the customer purchases a new package or renews access where such option is offered.
In order to become a Member of the site you must have internet access and provide us with certain personal details including a current, valid, accepted method of payment on entry to the site (as such may be updated from time to time «Payment Method») to use the OpenVault service. We will bill the fee to your Payment Method upfront. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered Membership plans.
